In the most southern part of China, we have morning tea that includes special dumplings, different steamed bangs, noodles, etc. In addition, we have an old saying that we need to eat well in the morning, eat enough at noon and eat less in the evening to get a healthy diet. There wasn't much at all to correct. * "middle eastern" just looks a little strange to my eye. Should it be "middle-eastern"? Maybe someone else here can tell you for sure if that is correct. I'm guessing you meant steamed "buns" instead of steamed "bangs" but I could be wrong.
