Hi Michela
Opinion on/about can be used interchangeably for the most part.
I have a strong opinion about/on something
However there is a third variant which is with the preposition "of". It is usually used to indicate how a person feels about something .
For example, I have a high opinion of the city ... Or
What is your opinion of me ?
Hope this helps
