This pandemic had taught me to appreciate more the time with the ones I love the most. I also developed deeper the ability to be resilient to changes and to learn which things I can control over my life and which ones are not under my control. So, in that way, I can be better in the things I can control, like my own feelings, moods and thoughts; and stop worrying or being sad about the things I can’t, like for example the people’s actions or feelings. That really makes you free and happier in life, because when you stop blaming others for how you feel, you start owning your own emotions and in that way you can change them, because you can change what you own.
