Volim da se šetam U blizini moje kuće je šuma. Zaista volim da se šetam tamo. Ako to je moguće, idem tamo svako jutro. Zašto tako volim šetnju? Prvo, volim prirodu. U šumi postoje različite vrste drveća: bor, breza, javor i mnogi drugi. Tamo živu mnoge ptice: garvani, sove, vrapci i tako dalje, a takođe životinje: zeci i veverice. U proljeće tamo ima puno cvijeća. Tokom šetnje uživam u lepoti prirode. Drugo, šetnja je perfektna vrsta fizičke aktivnoste, pogotovo što ona se dešava na čistom vazduhu. Mislim da to je veoma dobro za zdravlje. Treće, šetnja je dobra prilika da budem sam. Volim svoju porodicu i svoje društvo, ali ponekad mi se sviđa da budem potpuno sam sa svojim mislima i osećanjima. Na ovaj način, šetnja je veoma bitna stvar u mojem životu.

I like walking There is a forest near my house. I like to walk there. If possible I do this every morning. Why do I like to walk so much? First, I like nature. There are different types of trees: pine, birch tree, maple etc in the foretst. There are many types of birds: ravens, woodpechers, owls, partriges, sparrows; wild animals: hares and squirrels; and different flowers over there. So during the walking I enjoy the beauty of nature. Secondly, walking is wonderful type of physical activity, especially since it happens in the fresh air. I think it's good for me. Thirdly, walking is a good opportunity to be alone. I like communication. I love my family and my friends, but sometimes I like also to be alone with my thoughts and feelings. Thus, walking is an important part of my life. I can't imagine myself without walking.

My favorite country I like to go on vacation to Montenegro. I have been there 4 times and I'd like to go there more and more. What is the reason for this? First, the country has a very beautiful nature. Picturesque mountain peaks on which the snow never melts; breathtaking mountain passes; the cleanest lakes and rivers from which you can drink. And of course the sea. The beauty of Adriatic coast is impossible to describe. It must be seen! Secondly, there is a pleasant climate. It’s not hot over there. Even in the summer when the sun is strong you can go to the mountains and enjoy the fresh air and the cool breeze. Thirdly, that’s the kindness of the local people. They are kind calm and helpful. Their hospitality is known throughout the world. That's why I want to go to Montenegro more and more. If you like traveling, but have not yet been to Montenegro, I highly recommend you to do it.

Coconut I once spent the whole winter in Southern Thailand. It was a wonderful. This period of my life filled with interesting events. In this essay, I would like to talk about coconut. I spent this winter in a place where coconut palms grow wild, anyone can pick up coconuts completely free. I did so and found that coconut has a number of useful properties. Firstly, coconut detoxes the body. The fact is the coconut pulp is rich in plant fibers. Thanks for them, coconut in a special way affects the intestinal wall removing toxins from it. This is the kind of brush to cleanse the body. Secondly, coconut is very nutritious. All 4 months I ate mainly coconut pulp and boiled rice and felt great. Thirdly, coconut is delicious. You can cook a huge number of different coconut dishes. For example, fried coconut, coconut milk, different types of desserts. But there is one more delicate moment. I picked up coconuts in the forest and ate them for a long time. As a result, I felt a deep connection with the place where I stayed. That's hard to explain, but I felt myself like a part of this place. If you buy coconuts in the market you don't feel this. I like coconut very much. If I lived in Southern Thailand I would only eat coconut!

My yoga practice I like yoga. I started my practice in 1987. At the beginning I did yoga to restore my health after a sports injury. It was successful. But health recovery wasn't the only effect of yoga. When I was doing yoga the state of my mind changed. When I was focused on physical sensations I had fewer thoghts. It made me calm. Gradually, my concentration become deeper and when I do yoga I enjoy the inner silence. After yoga session I am in good mood and full of energy. So I reached the meditative state doing yoga exercises. Please, check and correct the text.
