Numerous studies have shown that radiotherapy significantly decreases the rate of loco regional recurrence after breast conservation[3,6]and its role in reducing mortality has been addressed by some researchers [7-9] Currently, whole breast radiotherapy is considered the standard of care after breast conservation surgery [7]In radiotherapy ,tumor cells are with ionizing radiation. It is obvious that with more exposure to radiation, tumor cells are destroyed more[10]But due to the amount of healthy tissue around the tumor, the radiation beam is limited. It can not tolerate more than healthy tissue, organ is irradiated[11,12]Devices used in radiotherapy department is different. Making light of machineries, equipments, such as cobalt therapy, brachytherapy, a variety of linear accelerators Although linear accelerator equipment is preferred, Cobalt tele machines may be acceptable as an alternative to postoperative radiotherapy should be considered[4]The main purpose of the radiation dose delivered to the tumor region is homogeneous so that healthy tissue dose is the minimum dose [11,12]Patientcould toleratethe leastside effects ofradiation therapy.Hence ,The quality of radiation therapy Cobalt-60andphoton 9mevwill be considered on breast. According to official statistics, 1.6 million people are diagnosed with cancer yearly in the world. In Iran this statistics is ten of thousands per year. So that it can be said at this present, we have approximately fifty of thousands of patients with breast cancer in different stage of treatment, which unfortunately are associated with an upward trend. The first formal treatment of cancer, mastectomy procedure, was performed by William Halsted in 1894, involves removing the entire breast tissue, pectorallis muscles and axillary contents. Since then, progress in oncology with the combination of new techniques such as lumpectomy, Combined HRT, Estrogen Therapy and Chemotherapy, made it possible to preserve as much of the breast tissue and increased survival. Among these methods,In addition to direct treatment of some types of breast cancer, radiation therapy method is used as a complementary procedures after other methods such as lumpectomy for cancer recurrence reduction on the same side or the Uninvolved side. But its use is recommended only in so far as its Profit is greater than the its loss. for Example, it has been demonstrated, women with high risk of local recurrence in 4 or more lymph node, radiation therapy is more benefits than disadvantages. But some doctors believe Patients with certain characteristics, such as age over 70 years, a small tumor, No signs of cancer in the lymph nodes and estrogen receptor-positive or marginal surgical site ,can use instead of radiation therapy, hormone therapy after Lampectomy that seems that in some cases negligence in radiotherapy can cause a recurrence of patients. This study was conducted to determine the importance of radiotherapy in patients where radiation therapy is not medically necessary.

Other, however, believe that school is the place to learn this. Discuss both these view and give your own opinion. For becoming a good member of society, people should be thought to learn so many skills. But most of experts believe that the main skills are learning how to interact with others and how to use tact rather than fight as hasty solutions in prospective conflicts. There is no arguing that family and school are two first spots to bring up children for a real world and every of them have their own effects on children. From the first moment of birth children find themselves in a small society. Many researches on human binges have been shown that important part of education in first years of life stick in people mind, so rudimentary essential rules can be effectively thought them by their family and later would be generalized to real society. For instance by refusing to figure some their problem up, children would learn how to be good problem solver or by imposing fair penalty when they broke and violate family law, they learn respect other rights. After passing first years of life in family they still are not ready to step in real world and much training is a must. Being in school is really blessing opportunity for children to experience a more big society than family full of people from different walk. In this new situation they learn by their teacher ,how to interact with their peers and learn more about disciplinary, courtesy, showing coherent behavior, easing group tension, leadership skill, loosing and winning In my idea, it is crystal clear that school and family complement each other well. But main point is that even after entering to school parent should not abandon their child and continue to learn them through their valuable experience

I always get confused abut using "pride" and "proud".
