Pero, sa totoo lang, hindi naman kawalan ng tubig ang problema, may mga aayusin lang silang koneksyon ng tubig dito sa bayan namin at dahil dito, mawawalan kami ng tubig sa loob ng sampung oras (mula alas-otso ng umaga hanggang alas-sais ng hapon). A poor customer service I submitted a request here in italki (through Feedback & Support option) last September 13 and they've just replied after 8 days. They didn't even solve my problem and just gave a recommendation that I already know. Have you encountered the same problem in the past?
