A mí me gusta mucho la comida japonesa. Es increíble cómo transforman pescado crudo en una cosa deliciosa. Son platos sencillos pero muy sabrosos, y sus ingredientes principales son solamente pescado, arroz y alga.

I think that food is a big part of the cultural code of a country. It reflects history, habits, and living conditions. One of my favorite national cuisines is Mexican food. A mix of sweet, spice, salt, and whatever else is blowing your mind. Now, when I am writing this post, I want to eat some tacos 😄
