I am a Native English speaker and have working experience in several industries, including Theatre & the Arts, Information Technology and Grant-making. My broad experience means that I can engage meaningfully with many topics. 👒🎩🎓⛑🧢 My hobbies are reading and trying not to kill my succulent plants 📚🌵. I am owned by two cats, Rum and Midnight. 😸🐱‍👤 Ooh, I love food too, so we can always talk about food if conversation topics run out 🥣😂 I have a passion for people and the idea of assisting you to become more proficient and comfortable with English is exciting for me.💕💕 I'm loving my time on iTalki because I get to meet so many interesting people from all over the world. 🌍 I am a gregarious (friendly and sociable) person who is passionate about people. I am an attentive listener and will be a supportive part of your journey to becoming conversationally fluent in English. I believe that real-life conversations and exercises are the best way to sharpen your English-speaking skills. I use a range of tools, from online games, news articles, and google documents to enhance learning and practice. My teaching style is casual and relaxed. In my class, the main rule is that we are NEVER overcritical of ourselves. My class is a safe space to learn, make mistakes and explore. I really enjoyed today's lesson! It was one of our best lessons! Trevi truly cares about me as a person and knows exactly what I like! She also always gives me advice when I need it.
