Anaïs is a wonderful teacher! She is very kind, encouraging and patient. I really appreciated how prepared she was for the class. Today we worked together on pronunciation and reading, and it was very helpful to use the document to be able to see the words as you correct your pronunciation, which makes it very helpful for remembering and improving! I encourage other students, who are looking for a supportive teacher that helps you improve your French, don't hesitate to take a class with Anaïs!!

Wow! I was really nervous before the lesson, but now I can't wait for our next class. Anaïs was really friendly, informative and her ability to explain things is awesome. I was also really impressed with how organised she. I've had some bad experiences with tutors before, and I was stuck in a rut with my French but for the first time in a long time I actually feel quite optimistic about the progress I might make. Anaïs has been very helpful for allowing me to progress with my goals in French, and I find myself able to converse with her at ease, in a natural and effective conversational flow. I’m an intermediate learner, in high school and I find that she makes me feel comfortable and engaged in her lessons. Like some of the other reviewers have mentioned, the lessons go by very quickly as everything flows easily and it doesn’t seem like work.

What a fascinating conversation about sociology, religion and philosophy and history. The hour just flew by. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a deeper conversation.

(Note: This impression from the first lesson.) Equipped with a bubbly, easy-going personality, a lively repertoire of cultural knowledge, and a command of English (and Italian and German ahah) that exceeds most Frenchies, Anaïs makes for a stellar tutor for the intermediate/advanced learner. I'm admittedly rather shy, but even I had a fairly easy time opening up with her. Should my schedule permit, I would be delighted to chat again in the future!
