After trying different tutors, I’ve come to really appreciate Taewon’s structured and analytical approach. His lessons focus on the logic and depth of Korean, which is exactly what intermediate and advanced learners need. After 3 years and more than 80 lessons, I can say he offers insights that are hard to find elsewhere. If you’re looking for more than just casual conversation, this is a great place to learn.

I'm interested in both how to pronounce in Korean and why it is pronounced that way. My teacher has a tremendous depth of linguistic knowledge and is able to answer those difficult questions, which makes it a very rich learning environment.

I really enjoy my lessons. Today we mainly practiced conversation. I had trouble recalling much of my vocabulary but my teacher was patient and kind, using gentle prompts to encourage me to talk. He is a good teacher and i will try harder.
