I am a relaxed, friendly, approachable teacher, providing structured 1-on-1 lessons for:

Before teaching - I was a frontend software developer for over three years. Many of my students work as developers or in the IT industry in some capacity.
I love watching football (soccer), and I support Manchester United.
In my free time, I mainly focus on learning German.

I am TEFL and Business English certified. I have provided exam preparation, business, and general English lessons for nearly three years.
I am patient and encouraging during lessons. Mistakes are always seen as an opportunity for growth—it is how we learn and improve. I also give feedback/corrections (where necessary) after lessons.
WHAT I DO: I help non-native English speakers and IELTS Students achieve their English-speaking goals.
WHY IT WORKS: English lessons are structured, allowing you to improve your speaking, vocabulary, listening comprehension, fluency, grammar, and pronunciation.Derslerim ve öğretme tarzım
PLEASE NOTE: I do not teach children and young teens (12-15 years old).
💡 Lessons focus on improving fluency first and then accuracy (grammar, intonation, word stress, etc.). Lessons will (in general) look at specific topics or articles with exercises/discussion points for the student to work through.
📚 I use various materials (videos, articles, audio recordings, slides, etc.) for my lessons. Most lessons consist of reading, listening, and speaking components.
🗣 Speaking is the main focus of every lesson.
✍🏻 I do not give homework (unless the student asks). For additional practice after a lesson, I may suggest writing assignments based on the topic.Öğretim materyallerim

The lessons with with Andrew are great because I can speak about a variety of different topics during one lesson. In addition, these topics are the ones that I am really interested in. Also Andrew corrects my mistakes by sending a message after the lesson, and sometimes he may correct you during the lesson. The most valuable thing is that you can speak a lot throughout one lesson.
