hi :) I'm Narae and I am happy to be your Korean teacher! I am a native speaker and freshly graduated from the university. Although I'm not majoring in Korean, I have been learning English for quite a long time, so I can communicate with you in English when you have a hard time understanding Korean. As long as you can read Hangeul, I am here for you! I am patient and open-minded. You don't have to feel embarrassed not speaking the language perfectly. I will make the room comfortable enough to speak as much as you can.

Update: 23/02/01 I have been teaching Korean here in Italki for more than a year now. Most of my students are now my regulars, meaning my class is becoming helpful to them! My main goal is to focus on "how to speak Korean naturally". I don't have a fixed teaching method, but I can always fit your interests. Also, I ALWAYS SEND YOU FEEDBACK as a memo or google docs. I had taught myself English by watching American shows and youtube wishing I have a friend with who I can freely communicate. I'll be your friend like that in Korean! feel free to message me if you have any questions!

Again, I don't have a fixed teaching method, but I can always fit your interests. but this is how normally my class goes: 1️⃣ Choose topics you want to talk about before the class. (If you don't want to choose, don't worry. I'll choose for you) 2️⃣ I will prepare things we will learn based on the topic. 3️⃣ I will type things we learn during the class. 4️⃣ After class, I will send you what we have learned today. 1️⃣토픽 고르고 2️⃣토픽에 대해 준비하고 3️⃣수업시간 중 기록하고 4️⃣수업 끝난 후에 정리 후 보내기 If you have any idea about the class, I'm willing to help you in your way!

i am loving my lessons with Narae! she is very personable and encouraging, and when I have trouble understanding something she is very good at explaining it. she also makes the class fun and makes me laugh, so that helps ease my nerves a lot! highly recommend a lesson with Narae <3
