I am a Native Italian Speaker from Piedmont. I've been living in Barcelona for over 20 years where I studied languages, English & Spanish, in the Escuela Oficial De Idiomas. I have level C2 (Expert) in Spanish and B2 (Upper Intermediate) in English. In Italy, I worked for many years in a Radio Station (DJ & Speaker). Nowadays, I am still a DJ, Vinyl seller & Collector. I love languages and helping students learn them. They give people new opportunities and freedom over their life choices. I feel comfortable speaking to people and I'm a good listener. I like reading, writing, cooking, partying with friends and exploring wild nature. I'm an extrovert who lives life positively. When the topic is interesting and the lesson is pleasant learning ability increases. My lessons are conversation-based about topics that interest students in a relaxed atmosphere. Combining interest with the practice of the concepts, we improve faster. The class takes place in an informal but productive space where confidence is encouraged. The program will be adapted to the student's needs, I can use Spanish (C2) and English (B2) to help with comprehension when needed. I know learning a language requires effort and patience. I can help to develop these attributes because I taught DJ & Music Production to people at risk of social exclusion and I'm sensitive to the challenges of learning. Music? Italian Art & Tourism? The hour passes very quickly with Max. Conversation flows nicely and he helps with grammatical issues as they arise but in an easy manner. Max understands that it is hard for language learners to formulate their ideas and sentence structures but the environment he craetes is very supportive and I am becoming more confident to make mistakes whilst trying to keep the flow of my Italian.
