I have been teaching English for over five years since I gained my TESOL qualification. I love to see my students gain confidence and improve their language skills. I have run workshops on developing presentation skills, negotiation skills, how to participate in meetings, customer service skills. I have a lot of experience with improving email and report writing skills. I help students understand the difference between conversational English and English for the workplace. there was a few problems like frozen video because of internet connections and somebody came and interrupted in almost the end of the class
