It was my first lesson with Ruzanna and it was great! Her communication skill is very high as well as her sense of humour. I can say I fall in love with her conversation style. Definitely recommend her.

She balances the difficulty level of the lessons really well each time. For example, if she notices I’m struggling with Business English, we immediately switch to basic grammar for a couple of lessons to fill in the gaps, and then we go back to Business English. Thanks to this flexible approach, the classes never feel boring.

They help reinforce what I’ve learned by assigning homework on the topics I struggle with. Throughout the lesson, they constantly keep me motivated, making the learning process more enjoyable and productive. They are attentive and a truly wonderful person.

She gave me additional practice examples on the topic I struggled with in the previous lesson. During the lesson, she first gives me the chance to answer the questions by myself. If I make a mistake, she patiently corrects me, and if I answer correctly, she congratulates me, which increases my motivation. I really like her patient and supportive teaching style because it helps me feel more comfortable and enjoy the lessons more.
