My name is Akemi.I live in Okayama, Japan. I am a qualified Japanese teacher and I have been teaching Japanese since 2015. I am also an announcer, so my Japanese is very clear and easy to understand. I like music and I am learning to play the alto saxophone and drums. It is difficult, but I enjoy it very much. It's best to have fun with everything！ My Japanese class is fun too. After that I've been teaching Japanese at Japanese language school for 9years. I teach grammar, vocabulary and listening comprehension at school. And I have been teaching Japanese online since 2022. I just completed the trial lesson and Akemi sensei was really friendly and good at explaining things in simple Japanese with English if I was struggling as a beginner. I really enjoyed it and will be booking again.

I used to think I will never get past the beginning stages of learning Japanese, but Akemi-san's teaching style, patience, and thoughtfulness in every lesson I've had with her has given me motivation to continue doing my best!
