¡Hola! soy Karen, tengo 24 años, soy de Bogotá, Colombia. Soy Profesional en Lenguas Modernas y una persona apasionada por los idiomas. Soy alegre, conversadora y de mente abierta. Me intereso por el medio ambiente, los animales y la cultura; algún día, quiero convertirme en una trabajadora social capaz de ayudar a la gente, enseñar mi cultura y conocimiento. Hi! I'm Karen, I'm 24 years old. I am from Bogotá, Colombia. I'm a Professional in Modern languages, a passionate person about languages. I'm cheerful, talkative, and open-minded. I care about the environment, animals, and culture, and one day, I want to become a social worker able to help and spread my culture and knowledge.

Me gusta enseñar tanto como aprender, disfruto mucho enseñar español, siempre es divertido. Mi experiencia está relacionada con los idiomas y la cultura, sigo ganando esa experiencia por medio de clases culturales y dinámicas con mis estudiantes. I like to teach as much as I like to learn, I enjoy teaching, it is always fun. My work experience is related to languages and culture and I keep earning that experience by having cultural and dynamic lessons with my students.

Mi meta es ayudar a cada estudiante a convertirse en un buen hablante de español y estoy aquí para guiarlos en el proceso. La música, los cuentos y los juegos son algunas de las herramientas que incluyo en mis clases, personalizo las lecciones para cada estudiante y ofrecerles una experiencia más agradable aprendiendo y mejorando sus habilidades. My goal is to help every student to become a good Spanish speaker and I'm here to guide them through the process. Music, tales, and games are some of the tools that I include in my lessons, I care about personalizing the classes for every student and offering them the most enjoyable experience by learning and improving their skills.

Karen is a wonderful teacher. Because she is a linguist, she brings a depth of knowledge and simple explanations. She is kind and supportive, which really helps as I stumble often trying to speak. She gives me confidence, and I feel like she cares about me and my progress in Spanish. I very quickly felt like I was talking with a friend. She works well both with adults and children.
