Jeff Spanish (杰夫)

I've had several conversations with Jeff and all of them have been engaging and easy going. This is very important to me since I am trying to take my intermediate Spanish to a more communicative level - talking about everyday life in a more personal, detailed and nuanced way. Jeff is very patient with all my errors and is able to explain Spanish language usage clearly and with examples. We conduct 99% of our conversations in Spanish. Jeff is an enthusiastic teacher, prepares well for each lesson with conversational prompts and listens. I can recommend him wholeheartedly for an enjoyable conversation.

I really liked this class because of the teacher's friendly approach. He tries to understand the problems of individual students and gives them space to express themselves. He supports them in speaking their target language independently, meaningfully and decisively. At the same time, he corrects them if they make a mistake, but he is always kind. He tries to make the classes fun and interesting according to the needs of the individual.

It was super nice to "get involved" in Spanish vers quickly by reading stuff and suggsting what to say in a real life situation. It was also nice to see a structured plan how to move on with learning medical spanisch in the next 6 weeks. All in all a very structured and joyfull lesson.

I have taken a few lessons with Jeff, and he is a wonderful teacher! From the first class he's listened to my needs and interests, and customized lesson plans that are tailored specifically to my goals. The class topics have been very interesting, which encourages me to converse and practice my Spanish even more.

The lessons are super motivating and engaging! The combination of learning new stuff and discovering what I already can by beeing encouraged to tack feels just right. I was actually surprized about beeing able to have a simple conversation with Jeff today - seemed impossible at first : ) And it feels like I'm really getting prepared to my spanisch medical rotation - consistently and step by step.
