Hallo, I’m Theresa! Born and raised in Germany, I now thrive in Berlin’s vibrant chaos, teaching German with a focus on real-world use (think: visa prep, daily life, or nailing small talk!). Fluent in English/Spanish and conversational in Arabic/Portuguese, I get the struggles of learning a new language—because I’m always learning too! When not teaching, I’m probably exploring Berlin’s hidden corners or hiking far from screens. Let’s turn *Deutsch* from daunting to doable—with a side of fun!

I love helping people learn German in a fun, practical, and relaxed way. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to reach fluency soon, I'm here to support you on your language journey. I truly enjoy 1-on-1 classes because they allow for personal conversations and focused learning. In our lessons, the attention will be on your individual goals – and of course, the specific challenges you may face along the way.

In our lessons, we will focus on communication, real-life situations, and your personal goals. I also make sure our sessions are engaging and customized just for you. I like to try out different teaching technics and using various types of materials, e.p. podcasts, work books, videos or music. Forget the old classroom style—here, you’ll speak in and listen to German from the very first lesson, using English only when truly needed
