Hello, beautiful human! I'm Marisol. I'm 32 years old, and I live in Santander, a city in the north of Spain. I could say I'm a communication enthusiast. I love talking and also sharing what I love. I'm a doctor, and I am currently working as a specialist in pathology. Sharing everything I know about the human body and science is something I enjoy. Italki is one thing I've loved since I started giving lessons in 2015, and it's something I'd love to keep doing until I have grandchildren! I love sharing and teaching so much that I have just finished a course to become a yoga instructor, and I can't wait to share what I've learned with my family and friends. Let's start this adventure together! For me, the most important thing in life is love, loving people. And the best way to begin doing that is by being able to communicate with people as closely as possible. Being able to speak in someone's native language is an opportunity to connect more deeply with their soul. I hope that just by talking, I can help you improve your fluency, or at least your motivation to start or continue this wonderful journey of speaking in Spanish. My aim is to make you feel very comfortable when speaking in Spanish and to have a real conversation together! Mistakes do not matter. What matters the most is your motivation and how you feel. I’m here again to say that Marisol is just amazing. She went over and beyond to help me and she is an incredible and patient teacher if you need any medical guidance. I was watching my professor’s videos on repeat, reading books and not getting it. Marisol, in one hour, helped me to understand and everything started to make sense. I look forward to our classes and I can’t wait to learn more with her. She is one of these people that you want as a friend too! I’m very thankful!

Marisol is delightful and was very patient and encouraging with this complete beginner. I really enjoyed this - my first experience with iTalk and certainly my first ever conversation in Spanish so I was very happy to come away feeling encouraged and looking forward to more practice. Would highly recommend Marisol for Spanish conversation.

Marisol is your fantasy tutor. She speaks very clearly, has a great internet connection, is incredibly friendly, is very knowledgeable and interesting to talk to, has an infectious personality, is very helpful correcting errors in a supportive and encouraging way, and writes things down. Wow!
