Hi! I’m Yuan, a native Chinese teacher with 4 years of teaching experience. I hold a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ottawa and a Mandarin Proficiency Certificate – Level 1, Grade A. Having studied and lived abroad, I truly understand the challenges of learning a new language. My classes are interactive, practical, and tailored to each student’s goals. I specialize in HSK preparation (levels 1–6) and daily conversational Chinese, helping students build confidence step by step. Let’s make Chinese learning effective and enjoyable together!

I’ve been teaching Mandarin for four years, working with both teenagers and adults — many of them complete beginners. Students describe my teaching as patient, detailed, and encouraging — I care about every learner’s progress and aim to make Chinese both understandable and enjoyable.
