Hello! I’m Jin, a certified Korean teacher with 9 years of experience. I’ve taught Korean since 2016 in schools, an immigrant center, and online since 2022. I hold a Master’s degree in Korean Language Education and can communicate in Korean, English, and conversational Spanish. I’ve taught Korean to learners from teenagers to adults, both offline and online. My students come from diverse backgrounds and study Korean for travel, TOPIK, daily life, or work. ✔️ I’ve helped: • Beginners who didn’t know Hangul • Shy students build speaking confidence • TOPIK learners improve grammar and writing • Workers in hotels, airlines, and customer service learn job-specific Korean Each learner is different. So I adjust the speed, materials, and focus to match your goals and level. Many students start with no Korean, but grow steadily with support and review. My classes are open to learners aged 13 and up, and I always try to make learning warm, practical, and stress-free.

My language level is very weird given my on-and-off self-study, and Hye-jin was patient and understanding. She was able to adapt materials so that we could see where my level was and what I needed to learn and what areas I could skip. It was an amazing experience, and I am looking forward to learning more!

i lost count of the number of lessons I had. 선생님 is so attentive and kind and would adjust her lessons to suit you along the way. you learn not only grammar and vocab, but also practise your listening and speaking with her. short homework would be given after each class as well.

I started out as a beginner with minimal knowledge of Hangul. Jin is exceptionally patient, which I appreciate ever so much. She prepares each lesson very well, and there is plenty of time to speak and ask questions. Highly recommended!
