Hello, my name is Abbie. I am originally from Brighton in the United Kingdom. However, nowadays I live in Guatemala, Central America. I studied Anthropology at University, so I enjoy meeting and speaking to people from all over the world and learning about their cultures. I have experience in photography and film-making.
I enjoy spending time cooking healthy food, with my pets, in my garden, and walking in nature. I also like to improve my Spanish as well as learn about ancient civilisations, science, history, and philosophy.
I have over five years of experience teaching English to all levels and all ages. I am fully qualified to teach with a TEFL certificate and have experience with helÖğretmen Olarak Ben
I am enthusiastic and passionate about advocating for my students to develop their English skills, which enables them to have more opportunities in their lives. Abbie always provides me with plenty of vocabulary and grammar suggestions, tailoring reading, listening, and vocabulary materials to my language level. Throughout the lessons, she guides me promptly, gives examples, and tests my progress. I can also ask any questions I have. Additionally, I’ve learned a lot about history and culture.
