I am a passionate and dedicated language educator with over 13 years of experience teaching Spoken Hindi and English to both national and international students. I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), the Central Teacher Eligibility Certificate (CTET), and a Master’s degree in Hindi. As a native Hindi speaker, I bring both expertise and cultural depth to my classes. Teaching is not just my profession—it’s my passion. I love simplifying complex topics through real-life examples, making learning interactive, practical, and relatable. My lessons and teaching style is based on the Natural Learning Process (NLP), designed to make language learning engaging and effective. I use Total Physical Response (TPR), everyday vocabulary with visual aids, common dialogues, grammar in context, and conversational practice. To keep classes dynamic, I also include storytelling, videos, audios, real-life situations, role-play, and interactive activities. Each lesson focuses on practical usage so learners can confidently apply their skills outside the classroom. I am extremely happy I met Sona. She is exactly the kind of teacher i was hoping to meet; very friendly, very trustworthy, she is a good teacher and does everything she can for her student. ive had 16 classes so far and my understanding and sentence making skills have improved so much. with her help i believe i can become a hindi speaker. i would really really recommend her as a teacher; so dont look for other but book a trial class with sona and you will be happy ;)

Sona’s approach is very new to me and quite different from others.
The Dirty Dozen method is an effortless way to remember new words, and the materials make it easy to start communicating in Hindi right away.
I’ve also learned many words and common phrases that I can soon adopt in my daily life.
Overall, she is very cheerful and friendly.

Sona is a fantastic teacher for the following reasons:
1) She has a variety of techniques (pictures, conversation, grammar sheets, verb practice, listening) and uses Italkis features well
2) she adapts the methods to the level that you are at, including real-time adjustments based on how quickly you are learning
3)its not just rote memorization; its all applicable and practical way of learning
She is also very kind and easy to talk to. Her passion for teaching shows through. I'm looking forward to learning more with her.
