Matisse Dubromer

I have taken many lessons with Matisse, and as a result my french has greatly improved , as now i am able to express myself in greater detail on a wide range of subjects; and this is all thanks to Matisse's expertise in teaching the french language. I would highly recommend him to anyone, especially to those who wish to obtain a high level of fluency in french. I am most grateful to you Matisse.

Me encanto que Matisse intento sacarme de mi zona de comfort al hablar en frances, ya que es el area donde mas me cuesta y con la que me siento menos comoda practicando, me hizo sentir comoda y segura y me recordo que esta bien cometer errores al momento de hablar ya que asi es como voy a aprender poco a poco, me gusto mucho su tecnica de aprendizaje, el es muy paciente y muy amable

Matisse is a very kind and understanding teacher. He has de patience to let me frame my sentenses myself. He also asks how I prefer things (for example to be corrected or not, to be corrected at the end of the lesson or after the sentence. What I specifically like about Matisse is that he knows to find the right balance between: 1) letting me keep my flow of talking with all my mistakes I make and 2) correcting me. Matisse does not constantly stopp me to correct me but is able to pick important mistakes and points them out to me. It is enjoyable to keep the conversation flowing and enjoyable and its good for my self-esteem.

He was very patient with my little knowledge and encouraged me to try my best which made me feel comfortable with just going for it!!

He’s very good — smart and attentive. He teaches with enthusiasm and patience. I can tell he really enjoys being a French teacher.
