Hey, I’m Kate (Kyungsook)! Born in Korea, now a true Dubliner for 10+ years, I know exactly what it’s like to learn a new language from scratch. My specialty? Making Korean practical, approachable, and fun—whether you want to chat about K-dramas, travel, or daily life. With my mix of Korean roots and Irish spirit, I’ll help you speak naturally and confidently. If you love Korean culture or just want to feel at home with the language, let’s start this journey together! I had five years experience in teaching English to young students at English institutes in South Korea. I've always been keen on teaching languages and I become a Korean tutor. As a native Korean who lives in a foreign country with a different language, I understand how difficult and frustrated the students feel when they learn or speak a new language. That's why I'm here to help you. In our lessons, you will find me friendly, patient and helpful. I embrace all levels, especially welcome learners who want to speak Korean in daily life. After figuring out your levels, needs and goals, I will customise your lessons and optimise them with customised materials.
