Akwaaba! I’m Gloria Sarpong, a proud native speaker of Akan Twi and English, hailing from the vibrant city of Kumasi, Ghana—the heartland of Ashanti culture and tradition. Growing up surrounded by the rich tapestry of Ghanaian heritage, I developed a deep love for storytelling, language, and the connections they foster. As both a certified TEFL teacher and an author, I’ve dedicated my career to making language learning an immersive, joyful experience that bridges cultures. My approach goes beyond textbooks; I weave lessons through Ghanaian proverbs that carry centuries of wisdom, folktales that spark imagination, and even the aromatic stories behind our beloved jollof rice—because language lÖğretmen Olarak Ben
I find teaching very easy and enjoyable because I am very patient, easy to communicate with.I will create conducive environment that will facilitate the teaching and learning of the Akan Twi language.It gives me great joy to help achieve the goals and aspirations of students,and that is also my aim and objective here on italki. My teaching style will be conversational,students would be learning numbers,alphabet,colors,sentences,greetings and many more things. Students will also be learning about the food and culture of the Akan people other than only the Akan Twi language.Öğretim materyallerim
