Amazing lesson as always ! Wandi took the time to break down a question I messaged her a few days ago, and prepared some slides to go over for clarification. We had time to read dialogue together while giving me the floor to read a short story in Afrikaans in order to give me feedback on my pronunciation. We always end a lesson with a brief over the following lesson plans so I always know what to expect at our next class. Wandi is an expectional tutor is goes above and beyond for her students !!

Amazing class with, Wandi! We have kept the momentum of reading short stories which have really allowed me to no only practice pronunciation, but also understand how the same words are used in varying contexts. Wandi is spectacular at explaining how Afrikaans works in these siatuations; classes with her feel like you’re talking to a close buddy who just so happens to teach you Afrikaans! Baie dankie, Wandi. Love my lessons with Wandi! We are now reading Afrikaans stories together where she allows me to read on my own and correcting me along the way. We will stop every couple of sentences and she’ll check in to see if I understand what is happening whilst giving positive feedback/corrections when needed. I can hear my progress getting better with each lesson; baie dankie, Wandi. Ek sien jou later!!
