Having worked and lived in 5 countries (Russia, the US, Sweden, China and Spain) I can easily relate to the struggles and frustrations a non-native English speaker has. Among my clients have been senior and midlevel professionals from a wide range of industries, companies and countries who worked in IT, economic, scientific, technological, academic, legal, health, finance, and human resources fields. Some of the names of the companies they were from: GLS, Accenture, Smurfit Kappa, Serunion, Edreams, TUI, RHI Magnesita, and others.

I don't just give you a list of useful expressions or rehearse an interview/presentation with you. I listen to you carefully and observe your body language, tone of voice, your choice of words which are as important as using correct grammar. Let me give you an example. In one of my most recent classes, my client, a talented brand designer with excellent English was practicing introducing herself to a team of native English speakers. She kept using the word 'just' as in "I'm a brand designer and I JUST do this or that". Well, 'just' here sounds pretty downplaying especially for someone who aspires to get promoted though it's JUST a small word, right?

Wow, what can I say! Lana is a super talented teacher with a wealth of experience. She clearly knows how to get the best out of her students. I hadn't spoken Swedish for a few years but I felt very comfortable with Lana. She was very friendly, chatty and asked me appropriate questions for my level. She has a very interesting life! One day I hope to speak languages like she can, her accent, especially in Spanish, is flawless! Thank you very much Lana :)

Lana is very nice and professional teacher. We practice and talk a lot during the lessons. She explains grammatic very good without overloading and everything stays clear.
