Great class!

We picked up where we left off and she introduced me to imperfect past tense grammar. She was kind and encouraging even if I haven't practiced since my last lesson!

This was an excellent first class with Sandra. She prepared material ahead of time and offered feedback at the end. I look forward to taking more classes with her.

Today's lesson with Sandra we started studying the past. She presented an overview of the three main types of past tense used in spanish and explained when each is used. Then we went more in depth with one type, learning the regular conjugations, some irregular groups, and we practiced with an excercise of creative questions that I had to answer in the past. I definitely feel like I'm making progress!

Sandra is great! Very professional, she always shows up exactly on time for class and never cancels lessons (I had some bad experiences with other teachers when I first tried italki, so I'm so happy with Sandra's reliability). She adapts her lessons to my needs and professional interests, finding relevant material to guide the lesson. I appreciate her flexible style, combining conversation throughout more structured exercises. I definitely recommend her!
