Generally, I appreciate all the things that have made me who I am as a person.
I like listening to pop music; if ever I feel down, I find this is a great way to refresh my enthusiasm.
I enjoy facing challenges and new experiences. For instance, I love travelling, interacting with other cultures and discovering beautiful new landscapes; the latter is especially important to me as it allows me to connect with nature, which I have always found inspiring and relaxing.
Teaching means a lot to me. I love the fact that I'm able to make a positive difference in the life of my students and see them develop over time; this provides real job satisfaction, a feeling that eludes many people.
I'm passionate, open-minded, flexible and patient. I try to look at things in a positive way. I think this arises out of my previous work experiences, and my exposure to different cultures. I highly value the opportunities that I've encountered. My work ethic is to be considerate and fair. I know that being a teacher is to be a role model for students. As an educator, I believe it's important to combine academic learning with good guidance, so I try to assist my students throughout their learning. I'm aware of the responsibilities of a teacher, such as keeping students safe, happy and motivated. My priority is to meet their desired outcomes, shaped according to their needs and goals.

Rosie has been a great teacher and is really patient with me learning Cebuano. She is understanding and adjusts well to my skill level. She is always prepared with a lesson plan and sends me materials beforehand to get me prepped for the lesson.
