Looking to improve your conversational skills and/or perfect your accent? I offer fluency & pronunciation classes as well as preparation classes for the DELF-DALF exams. Whether you are looking at learning French as a hobby or improving your language skills for a job, an exam or daily-life conversations, I will be more than happy to help you. My name is Valérie, I'm 56 years old, I was born in France and my mother tongue is French. I'm passionate in the French language and its learning process. I've been teaching French online for 6 years now. I love it and it works really well ! CONVERSATION-BASED LESSONS TO IMPROVE YOUR ACCENT AND FLUENCY. As a teacher, I am patient, friendly and committed to providing quality lessons for my students. If you are looking for a truly professional tutor, who is warm and friendly, Valérie is perfect. I amaze myself with being able to speak with her for an entire hour; she knows just what to say and ask and how to correct what needs correcting. Valerie is an amazing teacher. She's helped me along from level A0 to B2-ish in just over two years and our sessions are always very productive. I particularly value her feedback on my pronunciation, which is always on point yet delivered in the most tactful and non disruptive manner.

Excellente professeure pour le DALF C1 et C2 I have been Valerie’s student for almost 3 years and when we started my spoken French was rudimentary. With her help and excellent teaching skills I received my DALF C1 diploma in June and my DALF C2 diploma earlier this month. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to pass these exams and also for those who simply want to improve their French skills with a patient, thorough and committed teacher. Merci Valérie! J’étudie avec Valérie depuis presque 3 ans et au début, j’avais vraiment du mal à m’exprimer à l’oral en français. Avec son aide et ses excellentes compétences pédagogiques, j’ai obtenu mon diplôme de DALF C1 en juin et celui du DALF C2 plus tôt ce mois-ci. Je recommande sincèrement Valérie pour des étudiants qui cherchent à réussir ces examens et aussi pour tous ceux qui voudraient améliorer leurs compétences en français avec une professeure qui est toujours patiente, rigoureuse et dévouée. I just had my first lesson with Valérie, and it was a great experience! She is very encouraging, kind and gives great and clear examples. The lesson was enjoyable and flew by quickly, full of conversation practice, great tips and bits of knowledge, and examples. I could always ask any questions I had. I recommend booking a lesson with her. :)
