One of the things I really appreciate about Alessandra is that she doesn’t rush in to try and correct every mistake I make. She gives me leeway to find the word or the verb conjugation that I’m looking for. So when she does offer a correction or suggestion, it’s helpful and not intrusive. This way our conversation keeps flowing and it feels less like a lesson and more like a chat with someone you know..

One of the things I really appreciate about Alessandra is that she engages me in normal, everyday conversations that still get me to expand my ability to speak AND listen in Italian.

I've completed several lessons with beneficial effect. Alessandra is engaging, positive and energetic. Her knowledge of Italian, teaching and grammar is clear. It is also helpful that she knows English so well for clarification of concepts or specifics I might not have understood in Italian. I enjoy working with her and recommend her without reservation.

One of the best compliments that I can pay to Alessandra is that our conversation lessons are truly conversational. They flow naturally and they are relaxed. I come away from each lesson feeling like I have learned more and I feel more confident in my Italian.
