I have been working with Erina-san for almost a year and my Japanese skills have greatly improved. I feel confident in my grammar knowledge and Erina-san helps me practice speaking and answers my questions about things I'm unfamiliar with. I look forward to continuing to learn and improve my Japanese with her!

Thanks as always Erina! I really liked the more structured format that we tried today :) It helps to talk for a bit and then have the grammar points and mistakes explained afterwards!

I've had 6 lessons with Erina so far, and they've been very enjoyable. Erina is energetic, patient, and easy to talk to. Our lessons are mainly conversation-based. When I mentioned that I wanted to further improve my Japanese speaking through themed conversations, Erina took the feedback seriously and quickly prepared a range of interesting topics. While I‘m learning Japanese, I also value lessons that feel like a genuine exchange rather than a one-sided exercise, which I have experienced elsewhere. Erina strikes a good balance: I get plenty of opportunities to speak, while also hearing her own thoughts and perspectives on the topics we discuss. Erina sensei has always supported and encouraged me, and I’m really grateful for that. I always think the most important thing in learning a language is having the courage to express your own thoughts. Sometimes, things you might hesitate to say in your native language can be easier to express in another language. And Erina sensei is the one who encourages you to have deeper conversations in Japanese, while patiently teaching you new words and expressions at the same time.

Erina-san makes lessons enjoyable and there are a lot of opportunities to practice speaking. I always look forward to the lessons because I learn a lot!
