Kate was my first Chinese teacher on italki, and I really enjoyed our lesson. She was really friendly and was proactive in giving examples. She was also detailed when it comes to pronunciation and tone, which is essential when learning Chinese. She can also speak English well, so I can mix up English and Chinese
