i left a rather harsh review on Mr. Amor. My disatisfaction got the best of me. It doesn't reflect his ability as a teacher and i hope that those who read reviews will not take mine into considération. I tried but cannot retract it once posted.

We started doing lessons in orthographe - which is really important for passing the DELF examination

I explained clearly to the tutor my intention and goals many times (preparation for a job interview in french), but every class he started talking about other students and random topics for 20-30 minutes, leaving me puzzled and at times frustrated because we rarely got to cover the topics i wanted to learn. In the last 4 sessions, I calmely explained to him again and again what I would like to learn (because he always emphasized he tailors to the student's needs). i had provided him my CV, background info on the nature of the interview etc. Today, I felt that it was enough. So after 30 minutes of him talking about another student he has, I asked why we always spend the first half of class on subjects that are irrelevant to pre-discussed and agreed plans. His response was the same: i must tell him what i wanted to learn. I'm sure he is very qualified teacher in french, given his C2 certificate in dalf. However, I prefer not having to do this every class, and waste both of our time.
