Hi, I'm Tatiana, a native English teacher with an MSc in Language Sciences from University College London and a full-time career as a Data Scientist. I'm also multilingual (Russian, Spanish, French, Catalan, Swedish), which means I genuinely understand what it takes to learn a language as an adult and use it in high-stakes, professional situations. I don't just teach English, I use it every day in a demanding technical environment. That lived experience gives me a perspective most teachers simply don't have. With 7 years of teaching experience, I specialise in working with professionals in tech and academia, as well as motivated beginners and intermediate learners ready to break through a plateau. My lessons are student-centred and goal-driven, you'll do far more talking than me. I build each lesson around topics and materials that are genuinely relevant to you, drawing from articles, video, audio, and authentic real-world content. I have a strong track record helping students reach IELTS Band 7+, communicate more confidently in professional settings, and develop fluency that holds up when it matters.
