My name is Jenni and I have a passion for teaching languages. I believe that everyone can learn a second language regardless of age, background and previous learning experiences. I have taught a wide range of ages and learners, from nursery through to elderly and can adapt my lessons for the strengths and interests of the individual learner.
Outside of teaching I love travelling, reading, watching TV shows and movies, catching up with friends over a coffee and going for walks in nature.Öğretmen Olarak Ben
I developed an interest in teaching during my year abroad where I taught English to young people in Germany. Since then I have obtained a Postgraduate Degree in Secondary Education (French and German) taught in care homes, nurseries provided tuition for secondary school age students. Having also studied Spanish at university I now work for Kidslingo, delivering fun Spanish classes in nurseries and primary schools. I continue to provide tuition for secondary students sitting exams in French, German and Spanish and have helped many boost their grades and achieve success. I adapt lessons to suit the student's learning style and focus, including vocabulary and/or grammar lessons or conversation classes to boost speaking skills and develop fluency. I use a variety of tools to teach my students including flashcards, pre-recorded listenings, and whiteboards. I aim to make the lesson as enjoyable as possible- language learning should be fun! I can add in games which can help students learn vocabulary, practise speaking and understand grammar. I had an excellent lesson with Jenni! She is engaging, bubbly, asks thoughtful questions and makes the conversation flow so naturally. Amazing experience.
