I’m Liza, I’m your new Russian‑language teacher!
I was born in Russia’s far‑north Murmansk Region, spent years studying and working in vibrant Moscow, and have now settled in Tel Aviv – ginger cat in tow (he’s already mastered lounging in the Middle‑Eastern sun). Outside the classroom you’ll usually find me soaking up art exhibitions, experimenting in the kitchen, or planning my next trip to explore a new culture. 9 years ago, I gave my very first Russian lesson in Hungary. Back then, I had no idea I’d fall head over heels for teaching. Since then I’ve guided different people from toddlers tracing their first Cyrillic letters to diplomats perfecting negotiation jargon and tech specialists prepping for Moscow relocations. Once you’re comfortable, we switch to content‑rich sessions—news articles, podcasts, YouTube clips, whatever’s trending that week—so your Russian grows in step with the world’s conversations.
