Hello everybody! I am Sophia and teach Modern and Ancient Greek. I am a native speaker leaving in Athens for a long time. I am a culturist with a Bachelor's degree in European and Greek Civilization, which had also studies in Ancient Greek language and literature. Furthermore I am interested in journalism and creative writing. Actually I attended a relevant course in National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Learning languages, though, is my big passion. I started learning English and I went to South Africa for further practice and I got a teaching certificate by Telf Academy. This learning journey continued with French, Spanish and with Italian. Since I hold a BA in European and Greek Civilization and if you like learning Greek in the fields of literature, language, general, social and economic history, philosophy, arts, join me. I also hold a MA in Pedagogical Studies and these specific studies helped me to find my teaching style. I don't use a rigid method in teaching but often a combination of some of the main methods depending always on the needs and objectives of the student. The oral approach and situational method is my favorite, as by following this you learn to speak the language. After all, that's why we learn a language, to speak it.Öğretim materyallerim
