Really enjoyed my lesson with Maiko san - we spoke a lot about travel and Japanese food. I really appreciate that Maiko san corrects my grammar, vocabulary and shows me how to say the sentence properly. The time just flew by!

I don't know how Maiko Sensei thinks of such great questions for quizzes on the spot! They are always such great questions which give me a look into Japanese culture which I am so grateful for. I am also grateful for her answering my questions on motorcycle gangs haha "bousouzoku" for those interested!

So much fun talking with Maiko Sensei as always! We discussed hobbies that I want to start up again, habits that I'm hoping to stop and even our favourite movies! Now, I suddenly feel like watching Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind again haha. Although I am sure I make tons of grammar mistakes when talking, Maiko sensei always gives a ton of encouragement. I will continue to do my best!
