Hi! I’m Abigail, a TEFL/TESOL certified English tutor from Jamaica specializing in General English, Conversational English, Business English for the working adult, Job Interview Preparation and English for young learners. In addition, I help students with TOEFL prep—my students average 86%+ scores! I help adults, teens and young children learn practical, confident English through lively, personalized lessons.

I really like the way she gives clear examples of pronouns, and she has a very pleasant tone. Since today was our first class, we spent some time exploring my level and reading an article she brought. I asked if I could bring an article next time, and she happily said that would be great. She is kind and listens very carefully. I feel that the more actively a student participates, the more she can adapt the class to fit the student’s needs.
