Tamilselvi akka is an amazing teacher- she is able to explain grammar and language structures clearly and has great resources for her students.

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We learned new combinations of consonants and vowels. We learned many new vocabulary words featuring the combination of consonants and vowels. After that, we reviewed the conversational day 1 and 2 lessons. Tamilselvi also gave me some tips on pronouncing long vs. short vowels. Tamliselvi did a great job of explaining the new vowel combinations!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We reviewed the consonants that we learned in the last class. Next, we learned about combining the consonants with அ and learned to read some simple words. Tamilselvi explained about the stress and intonation. We finished by learning some basic vocabulary and phrases. It was a productive class and Tamilselvi did a nice job of teaching!

Great lesson with Tamilselvi! We learned the next set of varisai (consonant/vowel combinations), and learned new vocabulary words using these letters. After that, we practiced speaking. I feel like we are building a strong foundation. Tamilselvi does an excellent job of explaining the correct pronunciation and in which situations the pronunciation changes!

Productive lesson with Tamilselvi! We reviewed the first set of letter combinations (consonant + vowel). After that, we learned a new set of letter combinations. Then, we learned words using these combinations. We spent the last part of the lesson learning spoken Tamil. Tamilselvi teaches well and speaks clearly. It was a very good lesson!
