저는 영어영문학을 전공하고 국어국문학 및 한국어교육 전공으로 석사 과정을 마친 한국어 교사입니다.
인도 델리대학교에서 힌디어 과정을 수료하고, 인도에 있는 한국 회사에서 근무한 경험도 있어 다양한 문화권의 학습자들과 소통하는 데 익숙합니다. 언어는 사람을 이해하는 창이라고 믿으며, 학습자 중심의 열린 수업을 지향합니다. 함께 즐겁고 자연스럽게 한국어를 익혀봐요!
Hello! My name is Jade. I'm so happy to meet you here on italki.
To me, language is not just a skill. It's a bridge that connects people.
That's why I've been teaching English and Korean for many years,
and I always try to build meaningful communication with each student.
I studied English Literature and completed my Master’s degree in Korean Language Education.

저는 10년 이상 다양한 학습자를 대상으로 언어 교육을 해왔습니다. 영어 학원에서 초 · 중등 학생을 가르쳤고, 현재는 성인 개인 교사로도 활동 중입니다. 한국어 교육 경험으로는 까리따스 이주민센터에서 이주 여성을 대상으로 수업을 진행했으며, 아시아문화연구원에서는 이주 노동자를 위한 한국어 수업을 맡았습니다. 사이버한국외국어대학교에서는 '생활 속의 글쓰기' 강좌 조교로 5년간 활동하며, 글쓰기 피드백을 문법과 표현 지도를 함께 진행했습니다. 문화적 다양성과 학습자 맞춤형 접근을 바탕으로 한국어 교육에 최선을 다해왔습니다.
I’ve worked with immigrants, international students, and adult learners, offering personalized lessons based on each student’s goals and pace. I also love exploring different cultures. I've traveled across India, Europe, and Southeast Asia. In India, I worked at a Korean company and studied Hindi at Delhi University.

제 수업은 학습자의 목표와 수준에 맞춰 유연하게 구성됩니다. 한국어 회화, 문법, 작문, 문화 이해 등 필요한 내용을 중심으로 수업을 맞춤 설계합니다. 특히 실생활에서 바로 사용할 수 있는 표현과 발화를 많이 연습하며, 학생이 스스로 말하고 표현할 수 있도록 유도합니다. 또한 드라마, 뉴스, K-POP 가사 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 활용해 흥미롭고 몰입감 있는 수업을 추구합니다. 무엇보다도 학습자가 긴장하지 않고 편안하게 질문하고 말할 수 있는 분위기를 만드는 것을 가장 중요하게 생각합니다.
