Asya 아셀

Today's lesson was great as always. Russian is a language with a very difficult Grammar, but Asya manages to teach it in a way that is neither boring nor overwhelming. The classes are very interactive, which is great to gain confidence in speaking and to remember everything better. Overall she makes learning the language fun, while not forgetting to teach the grammar which is a vital part of Russian.

Today's lesson was great as usual. Asya explains very well and notices if you don't understand something yet. So the speed of the lesson is perfect, as she will repeat the topics you don't fully understand yet, but will also introduce new topics. Overall the lessons are very efficent, but at same time also very fun.

Asya is a real language talent. Although our lessons are in English, I sometimes remember words better in German. To make learning easier for me, she even took the time to learn the German alphabet. I am honestly surprised by how well she pronounces German, although she never learned it at school. I have never experienced this level of dedication and passion for teaching before, all to make things more comfortable for me as a student. I recommend Asya 100%.

Asya has a great sense for what helps students to improve their language skills. In the best way, her “Spürnase” (= German word for a perfect instinct, like a detective) reminds me of “Kommissar Rex”, the famous Austrian TV police officer, who often knew better what was right than his human colleagues because he was so incredibly smart. Many of us loved this TV series in the 1990s. Today’s spontaneous conversation was exactly what I needed: challenging, motivating and very helpful. I know that these conversations will help me make real progress in my language skills. Спасибо большое!

Asya understands very precisely where a student stands and adapts the pace and focus very well. This creates a learning atmosphere in which you feel confident to ask questions and think actively. With this way of teaching, the grammar stays better in your brain.

Another great lesson with Asya. Practicing numbers with her is also fun and motivating. Even when I make mistakes, she stays patient and creates a pleasant learning atmosphere.
