Selene

I've had 22 lessons with Selene over the last four months and they have all been excellent. She is very encouraging and is good at correcting mistakes without interrupting the flow. Probably the best teacher of Spanish to English speakers that you could find on italki imho.

I don't have much background in Spanish and am trying to learn from scratch. Her fluency in English was really helpful. She had great examples and tailored my learning to what I want and need for my language goals

Selene is one of the best teachers on italki without question. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel inclined to as I have enjoyed our sessions a lot from week to week. She makes corrections at the right times, is very knowledgeable about US/Mexican culture, and always keeps the conversation interesting. I am glad she has been a part of my Spanish speaking journey and I can’t recommend her enough.

These lessons are always a highlight of my week.
