French as a Foreign Language (FLE) teacher , graduated on France and expérimented.
I am passionate about intercultural exchanges and believe that teaching French is a space for cultural exchange. For me, it's like traveling. This human connection is one of the reasons I love this profession.
Since 2003, I have been teaching a wide variety of students, both in France and abroad. I have worked with learners from all over the world and I speak English, Spanish, and a little Arabic. I prioritize practical and useful French and interactive lessons based on discussion and exchange.
To make learning more effective, I avoid translation as much as possible: instead, we use many illustrations, gestures, concrete examples, and role-playing scenarios. This allows for faster comprehension… and easier retention.
Since pronunciation is essential for good communication, you will regularly work on phonetics: rhythm, intonation, difficult sounds, and fun, effective exercises.
We also explore the cultural dimension of communication and French culture.
I try to explain grammar - If you need it - in a simple way.
