Hi, I'm Catherine and I love languages. Simply because through them I can get to communicate and know people from other countries and cultures. I love to make new friends. I try to live a creative and happy life every day, and I always wear a smile, I can't help it. I've traveled to Cuba, Norway, Canada, Switzerland and France. When I was young, some of my favorite subjects in school were languages. I always found English or French class time exciting, I was always looking forward to these classes. Other great experiences in my youth where when a friend from another country would come to visit and we would share our language knowledge. It was fun. My teaching style would be informal and mostly conversational. We can talk about everyday life. For my lessons, I first would want to know what my students want but I can also prepare fun subjects to talk about.5.0

I have been speaking with Cathy weekly for 4 months, and each lesson has been so great. She is incredibly friendly and easy to talk with, and very patient. Her corrections are always helpful without being overbearing. Do yourself a favor and book with Cathy!

Puedo hablar con ella por horas! She is great to work with and the most comfortable teacher I’ve had. She makes it fun and light. I feel no pressure to be perfect.

Taking this class with Cathy felt like talking with an old friend. So much so, my class was over before I knew it. In that one hour, i felt very comfortable(I am normally very nervous engaging in spanish conversation) and learned quite a bit. Looking forward to my next class!
