Hey! I'm Elodie, a native Swedish tutor with a passion for fostering engaging and dynamic language learning experiences. I'm from the southern part of Finland, but currently living in beautiful Romania. My approach is student-centered, focusing on real-world applications—whether through discussions on global politics, history, fashion or just everyday life. I love non-formal education styles, so flashcards, chatting about routines, drawing and using any other creative ways to learn. I think a lot of negativity around language learning comes from the fact that people see it as something strict you have to succeed in within a certain amount of time. I find that the best approach is to build confidence in the target language and as a teacher be very encouraging to get the students out of their shells and start actively using the expressions and words they've learnt!Öğretim materyallerim

Recently started Swedish from scratch to have a second language with my Finnish boyfriend. But practicing without a clear routine would always be a problem for me.
Now, I do weekly lessons with Elodie and she helped me get a good Swedish routine and answers any questions I have. She’s very friendly, patient and talented!! She also has a bunch of practice / study materials that every lesson is flexible and tailored for your level and how you feel that day. I recommend for sure 🫶.
