Dear pupils,
My name is Amanda. I can speak Portuguese, English and French. Reading, playing sports, studying languages and animals are among the things I love the most! I am open-minded, friendly and funny - well, I try to be. I was always a curious person and whenever I am interested about something I really dive into it. Studying languages and teaching the ones I am fluent in have been part of this "diving into" behaviour and that's why I am here with you now!Öğretmen Olarak Ben
I have been teaching english for over 12 years now and I also hold a Cambridge level 5 certificate. I have a degree in International Relations and I am also a writer with a published book. I have had experience with all ages (children, adults and senior students being my favorite public), levels and different nationalities (German, Chinese, Turkish, Mexican, Brazilian, French, Senegalese, Spanish and Flemish people). Throughout these 12 years teaching I have learned to be open-minded also when teaching. There isn't one only perfect method to teach students. Each person is singular and therefore will need singular planning. We have a huge diversity of methods, my role as a teacher is to study each student case and find the best method to fit the student's needs. With this I have also created the "multitono's way" of learning and after your trial lesson I ensure you:

I enjoyed the lesson with Amanda. She was patient and listened to me attentively. She is friendly and likes to make questions, but she always tried to push me to talk more. Despite it being our very first class I felt really comfortable and learned new things. Definetely rescheduling next time. Thank you!
